The Twentieth Spring

Working on my book project I gonna spend serveral weeks in Shushi, a town in the unrecognized and disputed Republic of Nagorno-Karabakh. Located in the Caucasus between Armenia and Aserbaijan, Shushi takes its part of unknow future of this mountainious region. A bloody separation from Aserbaijan in the early 1990´s has forced hundred of thousands Aseri to leave Karabakh. Armenians then took what they call their "origin". Shushi is in the epicenter of this frozen conflict.
I´m actually working on a daily life story about fascinating Shushi, showing development and stagnation, sad- and happyness. Watch out for updates here on my blog.
